Kevin Ray Distributors is committed to delivering quality products in excellent condition, and in a timely manner to our customers. To achieve this goal, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.
Product Return / Discrepancy Policy
All products purchased at Kevin Ray Distributors must either be returned to the store or your Account Executive within 30 days, in their original unaltered packaging, and must be in re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Returns of products purchased online must be made through Customer Care or your Account Executive within 30 days.
Personal use items, brushes, combs, makeup, tweezers, shears, special orders, and discontinued items are not eligible for return. No Exceptions.
Returns over $500 require management approval. No cash or credit card returns will be given, only store credit. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Care.
Students
Kevin Ray Distributors welcomes beauty industry students, and you may shop anytime, if you present a current beauty industry student identification.
Appliances
We strongly suggest that you register your tool with the manufacturer to extend the warranty coverage beyond the purchase date. Kevin Ray Distributors standard 30 day return policy applies.
Cosmetics/Lash
To maintain quality and sanitation standards, cosmetic or lash conditioning products are not returnable unless defective.
Education
Special events and classes are not refundable, however if the event is canceled you have the option of accepting store credit or being registered at the rescheduled event.
Hair Extensions
Hair extension products are eligible for store credit only, if they were purchased within 30 days, are in un-opened, original, and undamaged packaging or are defective. All special-order hair extension sales are final unless defective.
